"Challenge Cup" China College Students Entrepreneurship Plan Competition is a guided, demonstrative, practical and mass entrepreneurship exchange activity sponsored by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the China Association for Science and Technology, and the All-China Federation of Students, which is held every two years。"Challenge Cup" Chinese College students Entrepreneurship plan competition adopts the three-level competition system of school, province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) and national。With reference to previous work arrangements, it has been decided by research to hold the 2024 "Challenge Cup" Chinese College Students Entrepreneurship Plan Competition Tianjin University of Commerce University-level Competition, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Object of competition

Full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students registered before June 1, 2024 (excluding on-the-job graduate students)。In principle, the number of each team should not exceed 15, and the number of each project instructor should not exceed 5。

2. Competition group

The academic qualifications of this competition are divided into undergraduate group and postgraduate group。The entries are divided into five categories: scientific and technological innovation and future industries, rural revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization, social governance and public services, ecological environmental protection and sustainable development, cultural creativity and regional cooperation。

-- Scientific and technological innovation and future industries: focus on the innovation-driven development strategy, promote the healthy development of the digital economy, and observe and design projects in combination with practice in the fields of intelligent manufacturing, information technology, big data, artificial intelligence, life science, new materials, and civil-military integration。

-- Rural revitalization and agriculture and rural modernization: focusing on the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, we will observe and design projects in combination with practice in the fields of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, e-commerce, rural tourism, and urban-rural integration。

-- Social governance and public services: focusing on the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, we will design projects based on practical observation in the fields of government services, consumer life, public health and medical services, finance and financial legal affairs, education and training, transportation and logistics, and human resources。

-- Ecological environmental protection and sustainable development: focusing on the sustainable development strategy and the goal of reaching the peak of carbon neutrality, observing and designing projects in combination with practice in the fields of environmental governance, sustainable resource development, ecological environmental protection and clean energy application。

-- Cultural creativity and regional cooperation: highlighting inclusiveness and sharing，We will work closely on the Belt and Road Initiative and regional cooperation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Yangtze River Delta, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin City economic Circle, and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River，In the industrial design, animation advertising, sports competition and international cultural communication, foreign exchange training, foreign trade and other fields，Observe design projects with practice。

Iii. Schedule

(1) School Level Competition (March-April 2024)

1.Registration: Before March 27, 2024, each entry can only choose to participate in one category, not both。

2.Qualification examination and Preliminary contest: Before April 12, 2024, the competition Organizing committee will review the form and content of the entries, organize experts to review the business plans and other materials of the participating teams, and select a certain number of works to enter the final roadshow。

3.Final roadshow: Before the end of April 2024 (specific time and location will be notified later)，The competition organizing committee invited entrepreneurial mentors inside and outside the school, industry and enterprise representatives to organize a centralized review meeting，According to the roadshow evaluation scores and the quota requirements of the municipal competition, the best works are recommended to participate in the municipal competition，And according to the proportion of each school level competition winning works。

(2) Tianjin City Competition (May-June 2024)

The municipal competition will be launched in early May, and the school will recommend a certain number of works to participate in the municipal competition through online application according to the requirements of Tianjin Municipal Competition。The municipal competition jury held a centralized review meeting to determine the list of works participating in the final final, evaluate the shortlisted projects, and select the works participating in the national finals and the winning works of the municipal competition。

(3) National Finals (expected in the second half of 2024)

The municipal competition organizing committee selects the works to participate in the national final according to the quota allocated by the central committee of the league, and completes the approval and declaration on the official platform of the national competition。

Iv. Registration methods and requirements

Colleges are requested to submit their requests by 5pm on Wednesday, March 27, 2024，Work application form (Attachment 1), work summary form (Attachment 2) and work materials (plan or operation report, etc.) shall be submitted to Room 205 of the School Youth League Committee，The electronic version is named in the form of "School Name - Number of entries" (where，Create folders by category and name them with category names;Create a folder for each entry and name it with "Entry name - Professional class - Name")，After compression，Send them to: tianshangkexie@163.com。

If the entry involves intellectual property rights, the written authorization license, project identification certificate, patent certificate, etc. of the owner of the legally effective invention or patented technology shall be submitted at the time of registration。For those who have registered for industry and commerce, relevant certification materials need to be submitted at the time of registration (including company profile, legal representative situation, copy of business license loaded with unified social credit code and other materials)。

5. Selection and awards

The university will set up a university-level review committee to evaluate the university-level gold, silver and bronze awards, and recommend excellent works to participate in the 2024 "Challenge Cup" Tianjin University Student Entrepreneurship Plan Competition。Several excellent organizational units were selected according to the quantity and quality of the works submitted by each school。
